I learned robotics programming by independently studying manuals, resulting in a process automation that returned an annual savings of $120K. I successfully installed the robots, integrated wireless PLC logic for efficient operation, and navigated complex PLC ladder logic and .asm files to ensure smooth implementation and create robust safeguards.

Serving as our team's SME for monday.com, I earned an advanced work management certification and trained colleagues in creating customized dashboards and automation workflows. My favorite report I created was a dashboard for a compliance team that tracked over $500K in supplier chargebacks YoY. I also created a projects dashboard for management to effectively monitor team initiatives.

To generate boots-on-the-ground improvement ideas from warehouse operators, I organized a Kaizen challenge with prizes to incentivize participation. I designed visually-striking, brand-aligned posters, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement in a busy warehouse environment.

I utilized isometric design software to create compelling visuals of warehouse layouts and future-state conditions, significantly improving stakeholder communication and buy-in. Due to widespread interest, I organized training sessions for multiple departments, elevating the clarity and professionalism of subsequent presentations across teams.

I identified inconsistencies between RFID encoding strategies at Nissan North America and Nissan Mexico, highlighting risks associated with differing standards. By bringing this issue to management’s attention and advocating for alignment, I initiated efforts toward streamlining and future-proofing our global RTI fleet for more robust nearshoring capabilities.

I collaborated closely with leading humanoid robotics companies to develop Nissan North America's initial humanoid deployment strategy. This involved strategically selecting warehouse processes that were challenging yet feasible, ensuring meaningful operational data collection and enabling scalable integration as humanoid robotics technology advances over time.
